We are looking for a dedicated and vigilant individual to join our team as a Security Guard. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security and the ability to respond effectively to various situations.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates
• Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, providing assistance as needed
• Conduct regular inspections of premises and report any irregularities or safety hazards
• Maintain a detailed log of daily activities, incidents, and observations
• Enforce rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment for all individuals on the premises
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
• Participate in training sessions and drills to stay updated on security protocols and procedures

Requirements:

• Security training & Certification from Malta Police Department
• Proven experience in security or a related field is preferred
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of security systems and protocols is an advantage
