Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and personable individual to join our team as a Clerk/Receptionist. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation for our clients

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
  • Process and handle invoices and payments as required.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Collaborate with team members to support office operations

Requirements:

  • High School Leaving Certificate or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Maltese and English
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Friendly and professional demeanour with a customer-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers, copiers).
