We are looking for a highly organized and personable individual to join our team as a Clerk/Receptionist. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation for our clients to work on anight shift roster.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Process and handle invoices and payments as required.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Collaborate with team members to support office operations
Requirements:
- High School Leaving Certificate or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Maltese and English
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Friendly and professional demeanour with a customer-focused approach.
- Knowledge of office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers, copiers).
