We are seeking a Recruitment Executive to join our team and support the recruitment of security guards, aviation security officers, and clerks. The role will focus on ensuring smooth coordination of applications, interviews, and onboarding, while maintaining a professional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from application to placement.
- Schedule and organise interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Screening and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
- Prepare employment offers and coordinate onboarding formalities.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Support recruitment campaigns and ensure timely placement of candidates.

- Previous experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfortable working with recruitment systems.
